Eric Penhaligon was one of the older brothers of Arthur Penhaligon. He was in the last year of High School and lived with his parents, his brother and his older sister Michaeli. He was known for giving a lot of importance to his reputation, but was very protective of his younger brother.
In the end of Mister Monday, Eric was driving home when he found Arthur and gave him a ride, explaining the situation. He drove a blue car.
