Maybe "Can be used to stop oneself from gaining weight" could be rephrased something like "Can be used to control/change the bearer's form"? I don't mean to be pushy or anything, but I think that the Key power she used was probably the same one Mister Monday used to change into a snake.

Considering the powers of all Keys are almost unlimited, I'd say you could list everything you want to under the Keys powers, and you'd never be able to list them all.
